The bespoke PCB and controller would be expensive but some people will pay that much for off the shelf items to control a few lights. I am normally reluctant to supply anything that is bespoke to a person who did not have the necessary knowledge and skills to repair and maintain it so I would normally supply it via a company who could service it should it go wrong.
