The back of the toilet is not accessible, so can't get to the fixings.
I've tried pulling it with the seat at 90 degrees.
It does slide a bit from side to side.
Any ideas?

The existing floor has wood panels (not sure what type) over the concrete base of the house. I guess they were original with the house (30 years) and they run under the skirting boards.
However they are now a bit worn and I think the dips and uneven joins will show up under vinyl sheet flooring...
Purchased a house a few months ago and had an artex ceiling skimmed over which had a small area with water damage from the bath above.
Figured it was historic damage from years gone by as the bath seal looks ok.
