Consumer unit to JB and lower tail, lower tail to vertical lower tail, JB on upper vertical tail, new run to PIR, PIR to front flood, front flood to side flood. May look messy though

No, nothing wrong with them except the fact that they are pretty much in the wrong place I have to be extended to reach the right place for the PIR

Yes. I could snip the wires. The one emerging at the top would not be visible from downstairs however the ones emerging lower down I would have to put a vent over them or something to disguise it but yes, the option is there.

Thanks for the reply, yes there seems to be a unit but no sensors connected just mains. No sound when reconnected to power either. I don’t have a fob, but how would it work with only mains to it ? I need to know what else is required to make it work or if I need to buy a whole new setup...
