This is the old back plate, we just moved the wires across in exactly the same places

Previous receiver/thermostat worked, when we switched them to the hive receiver we kept all the wires to the same places as shown in the images

Thank you for your reply! We tried turning it to max before we disconnected it the heating still didn’t work making me think we may have wired the receiver incorrectly. I don’t mind leaving the wall thermostat attached and on high as I have no intention of removing it from the wall etc
