Sorry, I had to walk away from it yesterday as it was getting on my nerves.
So I left it on last night for around an hour, and it did eventually turn off, and I was able to turn it on again from the thermostat, but once I tried to turn it off it was having none of it. I've got it back on now...
I've just traced the blue wire back and it does indeed go to Neutral
The Yellow wire that I have in 3 in the receiver goes to LR in the boiler.

Ls (empty)
Ns (empty)
LR

Boiler = Worcester Greenstar 28i (dial/timer in the middle)
Old thermostat = Siemens Landis & Staefa RA02
