Hi looking for some advise on a part no for the above boiler,Its leaking on a joint which comes from the heat ex up to the auto air vent looks like poss black rubber seal sits in the heat ex outlet, then 15mm pipe sits in that and goes to air vent . any advise would be gratefuly appreciated...

Hi looking for some advise on these heaters ,don't know to throw away or get fixed.When you have them on manual the light is on on the top when you press to turn the heater on it switches its self back to standby . Can anyone advise of possible problem Thanks Mark.

thanks very much for the feed back just spoke to the engineer explained to him what had been posted and he said another gas engineer had informed him of the modulating pump but he couldnt get his head round how a three speed pump could be controled by the board he s now going to get a price on...

thanks for the reply .not had it fixed yet still waiting on a quote .will chase the engineer up and ask him about the pump he was wanting to change all the sensors as well

hi just an update might help someone in the future just had engineer out to boiler mate 2000 problem has advised of pump problem /replacement due to not working at full speed cant circulate the water quick enough so causing the hot then cold then hot problem thanks mark

thanks for the reply. are they a wet sensor or dry, if wet not sure what and where to drain down and re fill what to isolate and so on .have spoken to various gas safe engineers and they have never seen this system are they not so common. thanks mark
