    Baxi instant 105e replacement

Hi, I asked a similar question a few months back, https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/baxi-105e-should-i-replace.595521/#post-5290900 I have a Baxi 105e, although mine hasn't given me any issues, with the spiralling costs of energy I was contemplating replacing my boiler with a more fuel...

    Radiator Temperature Question

Something along those lines, although my rads vary from the highest temp at the top of 60 to the lowest temp at the top of 55 over the 7 rads, so the differential would work out approx. the same. PS - its warm there in Cork, here in Lichfield its a balmy 12 degrees and raining!!!!

    Baxi 105e CH Temperature Control

Hi, I recently posted a thread regarding whether it made sense under the current economic climate to replace my aging but working Baxi105e boiler, the consensus here was that these are decent boilers and that its unlikely that I would realize any significant savings to warrant replacing it with...

    Baxi 105e should I replace?

Valid points but going forward would a new boiler not be more economical that a 18 year old model, irrespective of the net gain, my car 18 years ago isn't as good as my current car, don't get me wrong I see the point in keeping it but sod's law says it'll go in winter and it'll be a bugger to...

Quote for Painting and Plastering Job

Absolutely, but to me that seems excessive, based on previous work I've had done in another (more expensive) part of the country which was almost identical to the work, I'll see once the other quotes come in, but in my opinion its on the high side.
