That's a really good idea and should keep the pipe stable for a straight cut. What is the pick type item for? :?

What type of saw would be used for cutting a piece of copper pipe down the middle? This would be about a 4 inch section. Also, I'm not sure I've figured out how to stabilize it so the cut would be straight. Any help would be appreciated.
