Gas tap - is this safe / legal?

It's a double oven going into a tall housing. Hob will be 300 mm away, and there's a 300mm base unit in between the oven housing and the unit the hob will be in. Hence I'm thinking the copper pipe might need positioning before units go into place.

Gas tap - is this safe / legal?

Thanks. Would copper pipe need first-fixing before the units go in? I had assumed we'd just use the existing hose, and get a CORGI fitter to connect it up.

Gas tap - is this safe / legal?

Hi We are having to move the kitchen wall forward by 90mm to get rid of a dog-leg. We are doing this by attaching 75mm studs & noggins and 12mm plasterboard. The gas tap currently supplies a free-standing gas cooker. When the new kitchen goes in it will just supply a gas hob. Existing...

Thanks for the responses guys. Spark came today and seems to concur with you all; complete new ring main in 2.5mm for all the sockets - cooker onto the existing 6mm cable salvaged from the little radial circuit. He wants to run the cables, but happy for me to chase all the plaster out and...

HELP! Rad disconnected , now no Central heating! 28CDi

Thanks for all the responses - very much appreciated. Just to give you an update....it seems to have spontaneously fixed itself! Woke up this morning to find all the rads working fine. They are still slightly warmer at top than bottom, so I think a full system flush might be a good idea...

Ok - thanks I'll try it. Sorry to sound thick; do I drain the system from the boiler itself? TIA
