yes have done that,no joy .sounds like the most likely solution is trace the pipework under the flooring[oh joy] and check it out.i have a gut feeling the prob could be under the living rm floor,only one way to find out.sorry forgot to mention this the 2 floor is an extention i was toying with...

the hw works fine,the ch is the prob.when it decides to work the 1 +2 floor rads are fine but the grounfloor rads arnt.2 rads in the dining rm are tepid at best the living rm is never on.the system has been power flushed and cleared of black oxide pump checked ok,cht checked ok i havent checked...
