Ah bugger, thought not. I wonder if the person who we got the house from who said very confidently "We paid to have the patio done professionally but it's seen better days" knew it was just resting on mud with a bit of sand?
I'm not gunna lie I had to google what DPC means so this MAY not be...
oh really?!?! It didn't look like many pics i'd seen online. Especially as the back of the slap (Not pictured) was clean apart from some actual dirt and mud. Thats good news then! Thank god lol
UPDATE:
Just lifted it again and this time took some extra pics. I stuck a pole into the 'dirt' and...
(Kind of a follow up post to my previous post here but you don't have to read it as this is pretty much a standalone question)
We Moved in not so long ago and sadly bad luck bit us in the arse hard. My wife became ill and had to give up work and it'll be that way for around 2-3 more years. Ive...
....Lol i know it's bad but i was tempted to do something lkike that. A house next door has been empty for about 6 months and their garden is full of the same stones... I was tempted to throw it over there lol
lol Tbh it will do nm what but i'm just trying to find out what to expect and I didn't wana spend hours bagging it up, dragging it out the front of the house etc just to end up having to pay to have them taken away in a years time etc. :)
Yep! Honestly shocked! It wasn't until a few of the users pointed out the 'cable' had about PSI on it etc that I checked. Under the hose is just plain wires. I still haven't taken photos (works got in the way) but It's just plain wires. Its kinda funny but scary at the sametime.
Not sure where to post this as it's not exactly gardening related.
Our back garden has a boarder of Gravel/Stones and we want to get rid. I'd say theres about three quarter of a Ton of the stones. Looking at skips in our area the price is around £400 which is a bit out of our price range.
Sadly...
Ty but i wasn't really asking about the gardening side lol just the Decking side. As i say in the O.P we're leaving the garden till later. This is soley about the Patio/decking :)
ty! Tbh we're not doing the garden at the moment JUST the patio. We grew wild flowers at our last house and only about 50% grew but they looked lovely! Lol no, these weeds aren't wild flowers they're just weeds! Prickles/stinging nettles etc. lol >_<
We do have stones/gravel out the front which we want to get rid of at some point. Wouldn't the chairs/table be a bit unstable though on gravel? Ty for the idea!
