I have had a leak coming through the ceiling below the shower. I have taken out the drain thing and found that where the trap?? Connects to the next pipe it just slipped and fell off with no resistance at all. Also there is clearly water been dripping from the join. Should this be a better...

Thanks for all the replies. So I pulled off the end panel and it was totally empty inside so that's one hassle sorted. Unfortunately I then realised the string isn't wide enough for the grooved base rail so I am going with a different plan which saves me all kinds of headaches. Thanks again

Hi I had a wet patch appearing on the plaster above my front door so I removed it and found that the beams are wet on their ends. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Also there is a damp patch on the wall beside the door but unsure whether they are connected... Thanks for looking
