Hi all, Our neighbour has had a dodgy loft conversion done about 7/8 years ago, no new rafters or steels and the roof is obviously sagging. They’ve had approval for a dormer to be installed, would this mean that they must add steels/new rafters to strengthen the roof? Cheers. Rob
