Hi I am in the same position. A new Trianco boiler with constant lockouts and sooting. The Trianco engineer has been out twice and the original commissioning engineer too. The photocell is cleaned but the lockouts increase as the burner (i assume) starts to soot up. I'm at that stage now once again so quite soon there will be no hotwater or heating. The oil supplier has sent me the Oftec questionaire to complete but the gist of it seems to be that it can't be the oil! How can we tackle this issue with Trianco?
