so, my electrician has been back today, and we added the hot water to the receiver, hive has said this is why the receiver would not talk to the thermostat, however this still hasn't worked.
The terminal 4 on the hive is connected to the Call on the old SCR so as you say when my phone...
After looking again this morning it’s not in the sat in the scr the two cables on the old scr are in call one of these cables from the call goes to terminal 4 on the hive the other goes to the white block which I presume is to the boilers

Thanks although maybe I should have said the hive is a dual hive but it’s not yet decided if we want to use the hot water side although the cables are in the same box if we do decide to
I understood that heating ON is port 4 and I’m told the S-plan heating dose not require an OFF

I have had an electrician (the original electrician that installed the boilers) come to change Drayton controller and SCR digistat for a hive,
Eventually there will be 4 zones all controlled from hive but for now as a test we decided to install one zone and see how well it works...
