Yes I was a bit surprised by the "extreme load" version too. I'm just getting into it at the moment but the garage has a facing brick exterior so I need something where the lintels/steels are hidden on the outer leaf

I was thinking that a vapour barrier or concrete layer might reduce any moisture that may be coming out the ground but at the same time didn't was to create a problem that was not already there
