Yeah the valve is probably broken. We’re aware that it needs to be replaced by an engineer eventually.

Hot water function is working fine. I could hear water going into the cylinder. But nothing happens after I turned on the heating. The time setting is correct after the power cut. So this should have something to do with the valve..?

Thank you. Heating was actually turned off, before the after-midnight power cut. I googled that after the power cut, we either need a reset or the valve is broken or needs resetting. So we’re trying to figure that out now And Wales is cold :(

Hi there, we had a power cut last night(found that out this morning when we saw fridge wasn’t working, checked fuse box, and switched power back on ). Just now we found out our central heating didn’t work. Couldn’t figure out how to reset it. Can anyone help please! It’s freezing cold :(...
