Thank you for the quick and confident answer, you gave me the encouragement I needed to persevere - problem solved now!

Our towel rail isn't heating up in the top half. I've opened both valves at the bottom, no result. I've looked for a bleed valve but can't find one - assuming it's below one of these covers but I can't shift either at all. Am I missing something? Any hints please?
