I’ve got an iDS-7204HUHI-M1/FA/A DVR with 4 cameras connected, I’ve connected a DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) doorbell, connected to the DVR via a POE Switch which works perfectly.
I’ve not got a NVR but seem to recall reading that it needs to be connected via a POE switch rather than plugged directly...
It really depends on how the system was designed.

Generally the panel battery isn’t supplied with the panel, the battery should be sized according to the number of powered detectors etc. typically would be anything in the range of 1.2 - 7.0 Ah.
As Terry says, make sure you you use a pipe insert, some valves have “pushfit” a connection, if using compression type then it’s recommended to use a copper olive and definitely no jointing compound on plastic pipes.
Global tamper should be connected as attached drawing from Texecom manual, use either a connector block or gel connectors.
It should be one continuous loop so that a break anywhere will trigger an open circuit tamper alarm.
Not sure what sounder you have but the Texecom Odyssey sounders have a “Hold Off” feature, I think the left LED only flashing indicates “Hold Off Active, Tamper Circuit Open”
