have found this info in manual " F.28 Boiler goes to lockout = no gas , not enough gas, ignition lead defect " any idea what to do now

I do have a key mate but not clue where it goes etc .. whats you email address will send you a pic of the underside of boiler where valves etc are . thanks

Hi all just found this forums and hoping some1 out there can help me . I have a 3 month old Vaillant turboMAX combi in the house and have a code on the lcd display saying F.28 and cannot get any hot water or heating to work ? PS the pressure guage is also at zero Any help very much...
