Vaillant TurboMAX Combi help ....

Hi all just found this forums and hoping some1 out there can help me . I have a 3 month old Vaillant turboMAX combi in the house and have a code on the lcd display saying F.28 and cannot get any hot water or heating to work ?

PS the pressure guage is also at zero

Any help very much appreciated

just a wild guess try putting the pressure up to 1 bar cold

model of boiler might be handy

Hi , not sure of model number mate where will i find it ? here is a picture of the front of it if this helps ? I have not a clue how to increase the pressure i would need an idiots guide .. sorry

you should have been left a filling key for the boiler

or have a silver fill loop dependind on the model

I do have a key mate but not clue where it goes etc .. whats you email address will send you a pic of the underside of boiler where valves etc are .

check the instructions it tells you in there
look underneath the boiler you will see a hole where the key fits

have found this info in manual " F.28 Boiler goes to lockout = no gas , not enough gas, ignition lead defect "

any idea what to do now

yes top the pressure up if you havent got the installation instructions e mail me the model i might have
