Pump seems to be turning in a manor, but not constantly running. I wasnt sure if it was the pump overrun stat?

hi, Ive got a apollo 15/30, have recently replaced the pump and 3 way valve. Its been working great but slowly seems longer to get warmed up and now wont wafm at all. It had been working better than ever since the new pump was fitted. Last few weeks on start up its been banging quite loud...
