Hi ScottishSlater. I have a job to estimate for down in the Scottish Borders, but I haven't done a Scotch roof since going self employed. Do you have a guide of some sort that I could follow to get an accurate estimate for? 135m2 Scotch Slate.
Obviously these slates are various sizes and the gauge drops on the slates, how would you account for that in an estimate? What is appropriate % of wastage for stripping and dressing?
