Ah, that could be the issue, I know Virgin have different names. I’ll give it a try.

On the router page it is telling me I have two separate channels, one for 5ghz and one for 2.4ghz not sure if that is possible? Edit: the BeSMART is only compatible with 2.4ghz if I am reading the data sheet correctly.
