Struggling to loosen the flow nut, but will keep trying.
I just noticed this, to me it looks like a broken part, its the outlet for the shower head, any thoughts.
Had issue with shower bar (previous post) , however was cheaper to replace with new shower bar.
Now I have taken the Mira off I thought to inspect it hoping to find what the issue was.
I am at the stage as per image how do I get the cartridges out, I didnt want to force anything til I got some...
OK, to replace do I just need to turn water off at the mains to replace it or is there likely another `turn off` at the combi boiler for the hot water.
When I turn it on ...nothing no flow. If I leave turned on after maybe 5 minutes it starts to flow slowly then goes to full power but the temperature sometimes fluctuates. Once turned off I can turn it on say an hour later and it flows ok, however if left off overnight I have the same `no flow`...

There is no other support for the shade.
I can't...
Just a question.....
In a combi central heating system why does it need to be pressurised as it has a pump to circulate the water? Would this not circulate the water without having pressure?
Not really an issue as I am using a couple of electric fires for now, it was only a test run when discovered it did not `lock out` when it was off.
The engineer will be coming back but I am intrigued as to why the cover makes the difference.
the engineer does have all the pressure / gas...
