In the quote for the ASHP they said I should get the fuse changed, personally I think it's excessive as it looks like it will only use around 2kW so 8A or so. If I were to put every high current drawing device on at once might be an issue but that's unlikely, I suspect they jump to the 100A fuse...

Hello, I'm looking at potentially getting an air source heat pump installed and was advised to get my main fuse upgraded to 100A. Which seems excessive figured I may as well get it done regardless of whether I go ahead with the hear pump. I've spoken with UK Power Networks who claim the meter...
