Pressure does keep dropping over a few days but i have been monitoring it, it's been doing that for nearly a year, and the boiler doesn't appear to fire up for the hot water tap, only for the heating, how much would a replacement part be, if that's what it is? Not long before all this started...

i have a vokera compact 24 that's giving us central heating but no hot water, it's been this way for 2 weeks and the landlords taking an age to get things sorted, any ideas what the problem might be?
