    Texecom 48 install....East London

Tazer, I've just finished installing a Ricochet system as well. What I found really helpful was to plug the ComIP into the wireless expander Com port as well, no need to change any IP settings or anything. You can then use the Ricochet software to see exactly whats going on with the wireless...

    Texecom speech & text dialler

Just about to finish installation of the speech dialler onto a Premier 48. I've checked through the manuals for both panel and dialler and not seen any indication of connection required to allow for remote disarm/arm of the panel through the dialler. ComIP and Wintex

    Texecom ricochet...

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll also be bringing a detached garage into the alarm system as well, and thats 15m or so away and at present its not hardwired in so a wireless system is the only option. As I'll be extending the house having something flexible is good as well. I've not...

    Texecom ricochet...

Just about to fit an alarm, the house isn't pre-wired, but is a bungalow so I can drop most wiring through the loft. For the window's etc its going to be a bit more awkward to drop wires through...unless anyone has any tips for this!! Where this leaves me is I want to put in a hybrid type...
