the rad is leaking again, that don't sound promising for a start, lets face it fitting a rad without leaks ain't hard, if your pressure is good coming out the cold tap, i personally think it sould be simular coming out the hot

when u turn the tap on does the flow pipe below the boiler, going to the heating, get warm? if so probably the diverter valve

cut out all the parts of the pipe what u would consider to be very blocked, most of the time the scale will only block the cold feed from the header tank down to where it meets the system, add some scale remover, make sure u drain down some of the system, dont just add it into the tank, lever...

just simply a button located somewhere on the boiler, i would be quite clear in the instructions

sorry i cant get any pics or boiler spec for that boiler/model, and i dont know what its features are of the top of my head, only thing i can sagest is that u look up, reset button in the instructions did u turn the power off before u drained down?

who makes the boiler so i can get up the spec for it, im assuming all the controls are calling for heat, eg the programmer is switched on and the room stat turned up

tell him no, stick with the more popular models, worcester vaillant potterton baxi etc, if nothing else it will be easier to get parts, ow and no condencing boilrs :)

fan or air in the system! did u flush the old system through? i think if u need to ask u probably shouldn't be installing.;)

all the rads are full and u are getting water out the bleed valves? the header tank is full ? u can also bleed the system at the pump, ( undo the big screw on the front) if your sure the system is full do u have power at the boiler? (power light on) i u didnt switch the power off...

i went to install my uncle a boiler the other day, turned up and funny thing was, he was standing there with a big smile on his face looking all prowed with his new potterton condencing boiler sitting next to him, stright bk to the shop it went, ended up with a worcester:) non condencing:)...

does your boiler have a piolt light? if so did u turn it off before u drained down, could have gone on overheat lockout
