What does the D0 setting alter???

Ok, D40 is 70 (same temp it's set to) D41 is 59 What does this D0 thing do?? It's currently set to 30. All rads have TRV's, and yes all rads are on.

Ok, To answer some questions..... d40 was 52 d41 was 50 or the other way around, but pretty close. Number of radiators....errm, more than 6, it's actually 18. With regards to the modulation, I think there are two elements to it; a) Boiler modulation b) Modulation control...

It's quite possible.....but, how do I find it? All the rads are heating up.....so there doesn't appear to be a blockage, but is there a way to test? Will post results from d40 and d41 a little later.

Replaced 3 of them..direct replacement, just new valves. Added 3, took a "T" from the nearest flow/return point.

No air in the pump by the looks of it. It says the air bleed valve is automatic...

Not sure how to check a bleed cap, don't know what it is!! What's a safe max pressure to take the system up to? What should it be at?

I would agree with you....but it's not in the rads...all bleed water as soon as you touch the bleed valves... How do I fix it?
