Yes disabled the comport and it seemed to sort it, unless it was a coincidence? FYI, I got a response from Texecom support who suggested rebooting the alarm to sort the 'Activate Device' message

Hi Taking your advice i looked at Digi options and it said 'enabled' even though a device isn't connected. I disabled the option and now all is back to normal and the Konnected is set up and working. Thank you very much for the help.

Link to Konnected install here The panel has an 8 zone expander (8XE I think), and a number of wired pir/door sensors. Its been installed for 10 years and all was OK until I tried to change the zone type. Photo attached before I added the Konnected unit

Hi, Thanks for the reply Premier 24 V8.00 I was trying to set up Zone 9 as a keyswitch to attach a Konnected Interface Kit. Zone 1 was set to Entry Exit as you note, however the zone type for all zones now read 'Active Device'?
