    I was meaning to crush the gabion and use it like MOT to level the ground works, and then use the rest to mi with some sand and cement in a mini mix to make concrete and use that as an oversite layer. Its not structural and wont be walked on. its block and beam above it.

    jj4091, I was thinking i could maybe use it to make up the concrete for the over-site, and maybe to fill my hollow blocks. im thinking of hiring a crusher for a day.

    Thanks everyone, it was so bad we ended up with the structural engineer back round and put a levelling up layer in. some places were 150mm deep, others 50mm deep. quite a lot to loose over three courses of blocks
