Thanks for the replies. I'll slackened off both taps and they don't seem to be leaking now so will leave it like that but keep an eye on them. The condensation seems to have gone down overnight but I'll buy some of that lagging stuff and hope this is the end of it. Thanks again for speedy...

Thanks for reply. Took the front off the shower and as far as I can see there is only one pipe that goes into the shower and it worked alright before this started to happen. My guess is the heating element is KO'd and can only heat a small amount of the cold intake. I'll just bite the...
