my girlfriends boiler is a potterton netaheat 1016 wich is not working theres live coming to pcb board but nothing coming out fuse ok relay operating ne ideas

the boiler is gloworm swiftflow 75e

sorry got model no wrong on first post boiler works fine on hot water but fires up then goes down fires up then down on heating thermisters are new ne ideas :cry:
