The replies are much appreciated and it sounds like my plumber sourcing a replacement won’t be an issue.

If it turn on my UFH I get weeping from the flow meter. You may be able to see in the photo that the plastic nut is split. Any idea what make this is for sourcing a replacement before I call a plumber?
