UFH flow rate/ sight glass replacement

If it turn on my UFH I get weeping from the flow meter. You may be able to see in the photo that the plastic nut is split.

Any idea what make this is for sourcing a replacement before I call a plumber?

Picture from further back properly showing all of manifold would help.

A lot of the generic flow meters are much the same, it's usually all about the size of the tapping, a lot of them are 1/2" BSP, if so then then one of these would probably be fine -
