Only had SSE out as have full boiler cover with them and obviously its not worth it. In Newcastle, getting mates friend round to see what he says, he says it is probably a blockage caused from the tank being drsined

Update on this problem, had SSE out today and this what he said to son as Ibeasntv in. Pipework leaking from LHS pump valve, cut and replaced. Head pressure from boiler side of cut pipe but only trickle from pump side. Unable to remove airlock advised customer unable to do anything else...

Thanks Madrab, will get onto them 1st thing Monday and explain all that so hopefully they can send someone with bit knowledge of the 1 pipe system, as the young lad that came had to ring someone a few times .

#madrab it was an engineer from SSE that done the replacement pump and drained system. I will be calling them back out as have a service plan with them, but though I could of just done it with bleeding radiators . Also when you mention all rads off fill one by one, do mean turn off at both ends...

Which pic's would yous want? Would draining the system down again and refilling it again do any good? As the radiators where working fine before pump went.

Yes both valves fully open and also tried different speeds on pump but still same.
