lights are ip44 from b n q and they do not need transformer, nothing wrong with the lights.

I have checked the wiring seems fine . The fan is good. One thing more to further investigate if I disconnect the commen wire in light switch then fan works properly as it should but then light turns off.

I have wired bath fan with isolator. it is a timer one. so once the light is on it remains on for few minutes. It is always keeps on unless i switch off from isolator switch. Please help. i have enclosed the drawing i used. please see my album for the image.

Hi, I am constructing a concrete floor. Anybody tell me which is cheaper floor insulation is polystyrene cheaper than kingspan , knauf etc? Where I will get its u values? It is a concrete floor: hardcore, cement cent mix, polythene and finally screed. Thanks

I have built an extension and need to build a new main hole as my house has not got it own, it is shared. I need to have two new toliets and as well and get rid of old toilet as I am extending the kithcen. Any ideas and regs informations willbe very helpful. Many thanks
