    So would you say, seal from the inside where the brick work can be seen, also take both skirting off where it meets the bifold amd seal around there ie expanding foam. Also to seal under the cill with foam then silicone, also the end caps?

    Yes there are holes in the sill right, I think they are spaced out at the ends of the cill. You mentioned the end caps - yes there are gaps, I ssume that they maybe leaking from the end caps and going back into the house. Also under the cill, there is no sealant whatsoever. I hope this helps.

I poured some water in the drainage channel where the door sits into, I noticed the water leaving from the weep holes but then I noticed it was leaking into the house too from the skirting from both sides as in the pictures above.     Can you share an example of what you mean by pistol? The problem is when my 73mm brick is stood vertically it seems too short compared to the 3 normal courses.
