I have PEX pipes in my house and was wondering if they should be insulated or if that is worthless. I live in an area that's cold in the winter and muggy in the summer. TIA.

I'm not sure what sort of pedestal, just one from whirlpool that has a drawer on it. It does shake a lot as it spins very fast during spin mode which I'm assuming is when is starts to walk.

I have a whirlpool front load washer on a pedestal that moves across the room after a few washes. It can move out 3-4 inches each wash. It is level, I checked that. Is there any way to stop this or any device to hold it in place? I don't want it to pull my drain hose out and flood the house...
