Hi Guys Is there anything like Restricted permitted development rights on mid-80s build houses? my postcode is en2 7ep (Enfield council) and I own a freehold mid terraced house. The reason I'm asking is that an advisor told me this but I cant find anything relevant regarding this on google...

I am not sure if it makes a difference but we plan to do a 2 storey while the other thread is about a single storey.

Hi Guys, I am planning a 2 story rear extension to my mid terraced freehold house in Enfield London (en2 postcode). It's going to have a depth of 3 meters (within permitted development). Will the 45 Degree rule apply? If yes maximum depth will be around 2 meters. Can anyone please help?
