Hi all, On my rothenberger superfire 2 the grub screw that you need to remove to replace the piezo has seized in place. I've tried wd40, various Allen keys and torx bits etc but this grub screw won't move. Any one else had this problem and managed to get this screw out?

The rest of the panels are showing no signs of rot it's just at the corners. That's why I was thinking of repair rather than replace.

On a lot of my dads fence panels the top corners have rotted as you can see in the image below. What is the best solution to this, splice a new piece in or replace the whole cross member? Obviously will replace the cap peice.

My nephew has booked me in for doing this job next Saturday morning. This has made me take a second look at the job, bottom of the image you can see the old flat roof felt poking out the bottom of the cladding. I will cut this material off the edge so the cladding piece at bottom will sit...

In the end I tried a third cable and its now working.

Tried a different cordless dect phone that I know works with router and it's also saying 'check phone line'. Tried another cable and still no joy.
