I tried the hair dryer first before bringing out the hot air gun, or should I say I borrowed my wife's hairdryer!
I just used the heat gun on some scrap solvent weld swept bend with some pipe attached and it just melted the pipe and bend.
Maybe take it off and put a piece of copper pipe in between if you haven't got the old one.
I've got some scrap solvent weld joints from my bathroom refurb last summer, i will see if i can get them apart safely tomorrow and let you know.
My mistake, looks like its going into left wall until you zoom in.
The condensate pipe is surely wrong going uphill which makes it a trap.

Could the first image be darker because it was burnt with a blow torch? So could also be recent cut.
Can I just add that there is wiring under that floor i can see in the third image going close to and underneath all that pipework on the left...
That's a magnetic scale inhibitor. The gas engineers here will probably want to know what boiler you have to diagnose the problem.
I think it might be klobber, it certainly looks like one of theirs I saw online
