Vaillant ecotec PCB replacement setting up thermostat

Hey all I replaced the pcb on my vaillant ecotec boiler, it's working fine. However the wall thermostat is not working with the new pcb unit. So when I turn the thermostat down it doesn't turn the boiler off. See photos. Any help with how to get this working?

I'll look at various options and decide which is best to go down. I could fuse switch it, that is an option. The cave CU is there if needed.

I took this bottom part of the front door contact out, but I've put it back and cannot see where the tamper would be. Attached is a picture Could it be this contact? Zone 1 would be the front door right? The alarm used to be monitored by the old house owners, but it is not any more.

    9751 scantronic - Low Bat Z09 Error

Hey EightyTwo, The old battery was out for at least a week while I could find the same replacement, so I don't think that's the issue. Also the new battery works fine. I'll try the power down, do you mean just switch off the electricity via the fuse box?
