Texecom premier all part arm options showing in app

Hey all, some help please. Should be a quick one I hope.

I have the texecom premier panel. Currently when I go into my app or panel to set part arm I get 3 options
Evening
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2

I actually only want to see the evening option in both the app and the panel. So only display 1 part arm option.

Any ideas on how to remove bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 part arm options please?

How do I remove the names on the panel?

I set all zones in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 as off, but that hasn't removed the options

Hey sparkymarka I've removed the text under Part Arm Text, however that's hasn't removed the 2 options, just removed the text. See attached picture. I can still press on the middle and right boxes to arm the system.

I want to see only one option - evening arm

You need might need to talk to Texecom.
The fact the text is no longer there, suggestions the app has updated.

However it is possible that this version of the app keeps the place holders.

Tested and yes it removes text but doesn’t disable the arming.

Maybe raise it on their forum or with their tech support.

Okay thanks for testing.
Removing the text also doesn't remove the arming option via the keypad, when I select part arm I see evening arm and two blank (no text) arming options, part arm 2 and part arm 3.

Maybe there is not a way to remove part arm 2 and 3, all part arms show by default.

In the old app, the option wasn't there, however in the new app its an empty box, it would make more sense if the designer had made it so no text removes a box and centres what's left. That shouldn't be too hard for a developer, but it testing it on all the various different smart devices blah blah blah.

The old app for example didn't work if you didn't have the area text in. On the new app when it was released it had all the areas in, now it doesn't, it only has those with text in that's relevant to the user, not tried all the users for all the combos on the test unit.

On the panel not sure if its always been like that in that you wouldn't select an empty text, you would scroll through and select the option.

on the app you could select an empty box, didn't check what was recorded in the log but may check that later.

just checked it and the correct option was in the log, which means the app needs to look at removing the box ideally.
