Why odd ? It’s welcoming you back onto the system …..eg ….welcome back BOB do you want to set the system ? Depending on what’s programmed for that user !
As mentioned, it's not a problem.
In my mind I would expect welcome back, as I return to the property and disarm - not as i return to the RKP whilst leaving the property.
