Best company for flush fit casement double glazing?

Had a look at the ‘bisonframes’ website, their genesis flush sash look quite good, very similar to the Decueninck windows with Graf welded or mechanical joints, not sure if pricing is similar.

Best company for flush fit casement double glazing?

Do not mind no arch top, still look good square, seen a few Residence9 bad reviews online though, jamming up & coming apart, not sure how true that is & I understand their Ali not upvc. Not seen in a showroom , but Deceuninck look good with 1930’s style handles & stays too. I like the idea of...

Hi any window specialist. I’m having a 2 floor extension on a 1930’s house with original wooden casements fitted. I’m looking for a wood effect satin finish flush fit white casement, but not sure which company to use? I have seen sash windows on Kings House, a new development on Brighton...

Is there an easy way to test a pressure switch with a multimeter to confirm it is stuck on empty?

Hotpoint Aquarius WF250 Prewash light flashing?

Many thanks for replying to my post, but why do you think its the pressure switch, I thought rising water levels pushes air up the tube activating the pressure switch, as there is no air entering my machine on rinse, the pressure switch can be discounted.

Hotpoint Aquarius WF250 Prewash light flashing?

Yes I have swapped them all around, as no water is entering on the rinse cycle there will be no rising water to activate the pressure switch. The flashing prewash light is a fault code signifying no water, but I know all valves are good & unblocked. As stated earlier the machine works fine up...

Hotpoint Aquarius WF250 Prewash light flashing?

Does not fill on the rinse just spins slowly, no water going in at that point at all, no holes in pre pipe, neither does it overfill, works fine up to that point, the rinse valve is in working order.

I have a plumbing question, any replies gratefully received. I have a Ravenheat 820/20 T. On the PCB is a single dial with an opening for a posidrive screwdriver, it turns both clockwise and anticlockwise. It has printed next to it ADJ. HEAT REG. RISC. What is this for? Even though the...

    Replacing Pressure Relief Valve

Hi plumbernot, If the boiler is over 10 years old the rubber seal in the PRV could be perished. Disconnect the boiler from the mains electricity FIRST and take the front cover off. Have a look where the overflow pipe reaches the boiler and you will see the valve. it should...
