It was set to off but I have now set it to thermostatic. Or should this b modulating?

Im having some issues with how my VRC 430 is working.
I currently have it set up to:
Currently on Auto showing 18.5c as the room temp
outside temp: 10c
mo-su
0630-0830 17.5c
1630-2200 17.5c
night setback to 10c
heating curve 2.5
even though it is 1c about the requested...
The room that this is happening on does not have two way switching as mentioned in that thread. But there is one light in the room on a 12v transformer. Could this be where it is coming from?

a friend has got 3 coaxs to his main tv point where the sky+ box is all running back to the loft. Also a single coax to every bedroom.
The questing is: Is it possible to distribute sky and freeview to all the other rooms with this or would he require 4 cables at the main tv...

Im not sure if this happens all the time as during the day you wouldnt see it as its only a slight glow!
1. Yes the light switch is off at this point
2. The live is isolated at the switch at this point
3. Yes it's on an rcd

I have recently changed all my halogen gu10s to led gu10s and noticed when changing them that 1 or 2 glowed when the metal on the lamp got an earth path through my finger and on to the earth part of the light fitting.

OK Cool So when i go back there tomorrow i will:
crank the two dials on the boiler to full.
Set the heating curve to 1.8
Should i just leave the hot water schedule as is? or turn it all off?
Presumabley i can set the hot water temp on the vrc 430? dont really want the tape pumping...
