Customer says boiler has shorted out sockets.Pilot gone out. no H/C water. Any suggestions where i should start..other than the normal T/T pressure chks Ta All

Yeah ta wedgi, I've ammended the wallstanding bit. Guys, you've mentioned the RGI ting twice !!!!! now........thought only us Gas Safe Engineers could post on this forum. U think the boilers had it ? Diagnostic Fault display suggests replacement....is this not the case ????
