boiler breakdown..as yet no manu details

Customer says boiler has shorted out sockets.Pilot gone out. no H/C water.

Any suggestions where i should start..other than the normal T/T pressure chks

pressure chks meaning tightness test,

and firemanT, yeah I was on that (comb chamber)wen I posted the message-don't know y it's coming up Plumbing and C/H.this is the second time-do you know wot i'm doing wrong
