When you say you tried to top up, do you mean you stuck the key in the valve and turned it on? I'm only guessing as I used to have a Vaillant that topped up like that.

Ta, that was a bit more helpful, the complaint on MSE was that the worktops ordered turned up warped and it was only when fitting them that it was noticed, because 14 days had passed they refused to refund (fair enough to be honest), I just wondered if anyone else had had warped counters from them.

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere in the SW London/Surrey/Middlesex area that stocked Malvern/Servowarm spares, specifically flues (parts M4260 & M4263). I've ordered some from Malvern but they've yet to turn up (Malvern were out of stock). Cheers.
